Looking for a GREAT Flash guy

We are looking to hire a Flash guy for a project for DeucesCracked if you know anyone looking for side work. Hours would be completely flexible but the more time he/she can devote, the better obviously, as the sooner it works the sooner we can use it. An absolute must would be an understanding of Adobe AIR or being so smart that he/she can tell us a superior alternative because we need it to be a desktop application (need it to capture audio input) and interact with our server, and we'd like a web-based version of the app that would have limited functionality.

If you know anyone we pay well, are totally flexible on hours, salary, they work from home, and its a fun project working for a bunch of poker players on a poker-related project!
