The file name for this one begins with "30s-40s" instead of "Swing and Sweet" because I want this book listed immediately after the 20s-30s book in the file system and MobileSheets.

In case you're motivated to add more data like composers, Years or such to the CSV file:
here's a common .XLSX file for the C and Bb version. It is convenient to do this kind of edits in such a common file and export the CSVs again as soon you're done.
