Is it possible to have items numbered in a "set list" listing?

I can look into adding that. Would you want to see the numbers next to every song title on every screen that displays the setlist?

I had originally thought that having numbers in the main set list screen would suffice, because when you actually go into a song from the set list, it's number in the list is available in the overlay screen. However, the overlay is not available in performance mode, so, maybe the song's number in the set list should be displayed as well.
