Hello. I've just discovered that all the stamps in my selection are "gibberish" (please see attachment). If I select one of the corrupted items, a proper stamp is seleccted, but the problem is I don't know what I'm selecting.
Any suggestion how this can be fixed? I'm working on a score that needs a lot of corrections and this problem makes it next to impossible to fix adjustments that I need to make.
Thanks in advance.
Barry
P.S. I'm using MSP 3.8.41 on a Windows 11 laptop
I have no idea what's going on there - I don't see that on any of my devices. If you click an entry in the stamp list, then click it again to show the popup, then select Reset all lists, does that put things back into a good state?
Mike
Thanks for the prompt reply Mike. I tried resetting the stamp list twice, with and without clearing User stamps (I don't have any stamps, so it wasn't a problem to clear them). Unfortunately, this made no difference. Any other suggestions?

The next step is to backup your library under Settings->Backup and Restore->Backup Library, uninstall MobileSheets, reinstall it, restore your library using the backup and see if the stamp list is still not rendering properly on your device. If you still encounter problems, please let me know what display scaling you are currently using in Windows along with any other changes you've made from the defaults, such as changing the text size under the custom scaling section of the settings.
Thanks,
Mike
Thank you Mike. The suggestion about Windows Scaling was the fix. It was set to a custom setting (175%); removing this setting and having it set to the Default setting has fixed the problem.
I appreciate your fast support. Thanks again.
Barry
That's really interesting - I'll have to look into that, as 175% must have triggered some scenario that isn't normally encountered.
Thanks,
Mike
Update:
I tried 175% on one of my monitors and it didn't trigger the problem to occur. So it's still a mystery...
Hi again. As an experiment, I changed the scaling back to 175%. After that, the stamps were displayed correctly i.e. the corruption I originally observed did not happen. I then tried different resolutions and still couldn't get anything other than the correct display of stamps. So, yes, it's still a mystery...but at least it's solved.
Thanks again.
