It has been brought to my attention that the advanced image capture and enhancement features are currently unavailable in version 3.8.43 of MobileSheets. This is due to a licensing error with the imaging library. I will push out a 3.8.44 to fix this on Android, and the 3.9.0 update will be released next week as planned. The issue will be fixed on iOS with version 3.9.0.

I was about to make a post, thank you for being quick to work on this.

Thought I was going mad as couldn't find the option, having only just used it this week!

The update has been submitted and is awaiting approval from Google.

The update has finally been approved and is now available for download.
