When selecting an annotation, there are no resize handles on the selection box. Version 4.1.6.

What kind of annotation are you selecting? Only certain types of annotations can be resized. Stamps cannot be resized using the selection box at this time because I believe it was causing issues.

it's most annoying on marks, because these often get a big selection box, although the mark itself is tiny.
