Hi. I use the android version on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 4 10.1 and every now and then when i select a new sheet it displays it for a second then goes to a previously opened one. I can't say for sure if it is the exact previous sheet or one from a few before? Anyone else getting this? It happens on my partners exactly the same, hers is worse that mine. We use a converted mouse with OTG cable as a foot pedal switch (to great effect) and thought that might be an issue but it does it without any of that plugged in? Thanks very much
I've had this happen to me a few times, but I can't make it repeatable. Seen it in MS as well, not sure what the cause is.
Thanks Graeme. I thought it was us, brushing a previous sheet at the same time or something? We get into the habit of waiting to see if it does it before starting to play. Its not critical but just leaves that tiny bit of doubt that it might do it while you are in the middle of a song. It hasn't yet!
I, too, have it happen occasionally. I always forget about reporting it (I often don't have internet access or am busy practicing).

Both myself and my wife, get this quite often, very disconcerting when playing live !!
It does do it, randomly, in the middle of songs.
We have not got to bottom of what causes this.
We have different makes of tablet, mine is an @TAB, and hers is a SumVision Voyager, both on Android 4.1.
We both use Bluetooth page turners (as does one other band member).
I have tried altering the 'bounce' settings that doesn't seem to make any difference.
One possible reason is sound vibration, my wife's tablet flips about much more than mine, she plays bass / double bass, I wondered if the stronger vibrations from that are causing it?
Glad we are not alone, but it would be good to get this sorted?
hi,
I have the same problem and my colleague musicians too.
it is pretty annoying when we are performing
Is this a known issue by zubersoft ?
I have never experienced this myself. Is anyone in the beta experiencing this problem? I'm hoping MobileSheetsPro fixes this issue.
Mike
It hasn't happened to me in old or new beta MS since first day I bought it...
I saw the same thing a couple of times with an earlier beta. To be fair, when testing like this, there's a lot of switching back and forth, page changing, experimentation in general, so I rather ignored it in favour of more important issues.
AIR, it was much the same thing when it happened in MS - not repeatable and no obvious cause.
If it does happen again, I'll try and make note of what I am doing at the time.
Then it's most likely related to the closing/opening of PDF files. I can only keep 6 open at once so I don't drain the tablet of resources, and some PDFs can be very slow to close. If it happens with the latest versions of the beta, then I'll have to revisit this in MS Pro to see what can be done to prevent it.
Mike
The slow closing of a pdf could be a reason, some do take longer than others to load up.
I will monitor to see if this happens with the same songs all the time.
I have the same (major) problem! This is a real problem (after all my Christmas concerts I am quite annoyed and frusterated by it). However, there seems to be a connection to whether the song you just loaded or the song that was loaded previously has annotation or not. Turning off overlay does not change anything. However, if you use a setlist, and simply turn pages, not returning to the library, this problem is completely non-existent. I sure hope that this problem is fixed in the pro version!

You have this problem with the beta Kyle? Or the original MobileSheets?

No, I do not have access to the beta version, I have been using the original (paid) version of Mobile Sheets for about a year now. I would love to be a part of the beta testing, but it sounds like you are rather close to releasing the pro version anyway.

I get this a lot in the old MS. I don't think I have noticed it in MS Pro. (But I will be more diligent to see if I notice it in MS Pro).
