I'm just creating my first set lists. The manual says " You can rearrange these songs as needed" but how? I've tried dragging up and down. I was only able to delete a song or delete the whole setlist and start again.

Assuming you mean within MS itself, you drag the little handles to the left of the song name. Are they there in the 'Songs in Setlist' window?
Yes, they are there.... I've managed now, thanks. I hadn't quite got the knack of selecting them accurately. In fact, even now I know how it should work, it can take a few touches before the Tab2 10 correctly understands my gesture.
