Is it possible to set page turns to scroll vertically while in 2 page mode?
(don't want auto scroll, just triggered by pedal)
If so, where can I do this, and is the the speed also adjustable?

There is no two page vertical scrolling mode at the moment. If this is something that would be useful to people, I can certainly look into adding it.
