One of the latest updates added the setting "process update directives" to "text file settings". Where can I see the difference between setting it ON or OFF?

The are various directives you can use to change the text settings in the chord pro file such as:

{textsize:font size}
{textfont:font family}
{chordsize:font size}
{chordfont:font family}
{tabsize:font size}
{chorussize:font size}

These allow you to change the various fonts used to render the page from that point onward.
