Downloaded and installed Companion. When I tried to open it, AVG immediately detected a virus threat and threw it in the vault. What? I didn't expect that. But I don't see any chatter about Companion being infected either.

AVG often reports false positives. I assure you that there is no virus.

AVG ( free version running on W10) has reported a problem at the end of my Pro Companion installations at the last two upgrades. 

I've allowed AVG to "remove threat" and the Companion has still installed and seems to work OK. Just thought I'd report it.
