When creating a set list, if I pull a song from the right column to the end (bottom) of the left column, it will normally sort in (just as expected) in the end position. But if the song comes from a higher position in the song column and I want to pull it to the end position of the set list column, it will always insert in the second last position (and I'll have to pull it down in an additional step). Mike, could you please iron this out.

I have a fix in place for this now so you can drag to the end of the list if desired (although it's a lot faster to just tap in that case).
