I'm not able create smart button (switch on metronome). Android version works fine.
I just tested that on my Surface Pro 4, and it seems to work just fine for me. Can you describe which part of it isn't working for you?

I press plus, then name, i choose item metronome on or off and then nothing happens. Setting windows stays opened getting stuck. I don't see buttons OK and CANCEL so i have to connect external keyboard to press esc to return back.
Can you take a screenshot for me please? It sounds like the dialog is being truncated due to a lack of available screen space and it's cutting off the cancel and OK buttons. If you can't press OK, then you won't be able to create the smart button. What kind of device are you using and how large is the screen?

I found solution. The issue is in landscape mode. In portrait it works well. My devise is Chuwi Hi13 13,5" 3000x2000.
