Since the Windows10 version of MobileSheets is available are lager screen 2 in 1's in the picture. Using a 9.7 tablet myself. I bought a Windows Surface with a detachable screen of 12.3" for my wife. It is just a little smaller then A4 format. A bit expensive but works much better with "busy" scores.

I also use Surface (SP4 to be specific) and for me it's 12,3'' screen is great, large enough to be able to see two pages at once and still it's small/light enough for carrying it with me all the time.
