Full Version: No Wifi Connection Since Latest Update

Hi

I've been using the app on my Android tablet, connecting to my Windows 10 PC to backup the database. Since the latest update, I'm not getting the Windows dialogue box allowing me to connect. I've tried switching off wifi on my tablet and restarting the app, but to no avail.

Can you help please?
Sounds like either a windows firewall problem or a problem with your router. Go to Windows Firewall->Allow app or feature through Windows Firewall and check both boxes for MobileSheetsPro Companion. If that does not help, reboot your router.

Try doing a manual connect in the companion (the address to use is shown on the tablet)
