Is it possible to connect the tablet (Samsung galaxy s3) with MobileSheets Pro to Yamaha Genos wirelessly (wifi)?
(I use the usb input jack on the Genos to connect it to my laptop for other uses)

WiFi over MIDI is not currently supported, so unless you can use an adapter of some kind to convert MIDI over WIFI to USB or bluetooth, you will not be able to utilize WiFi for this. Or if the Genos supports bluetooth, you can try using MIDI over BLE in MobileSheetsPro (just switch it under Settings->MIDI Settings->Configure MIDI Connections). While I do have plans to support rtpMIDI in the future, there are no libraries I can use for this that are open source (that support Android or C# UWP), so I'll have to write it all myself. There may be open source libraries written for other frameworks that I can utilize to help with this.
