I Lost all music files, setlists, etc. on my Acer Chromebook. 
Any suggestions if/how I can retrieve them?

It depends on what caused the loss of all those files. Did the application get uninstalled? Or was there a database issue? If it's just a database issue, you can go to Settings->Backup and Restore->Restore Automatic Database Backup to recover an older version of the database. If the application was uninstalled and you did not make a library backup under Settings->Backup and Restore->Backup Library at any point, then there is no way to recover the lost data.
