I bought a paid version of Mobile Sheet, but some months after purchase my tablet crashed completely, so I lost everything. Can I download again software without paying ? How can I prevent to pay twice ?

Log in to Google's Playstore with the account you purchased MSPro and navigate to your apps (library tab) and install it again.
You can reinstall as many times as you want but with the account you paid for this app.
