I recently noticed a "Load All" bar as soon as I open a Collection or a Setlist that has not been there a while ago.

Is it new or did I inadvertently change a setting that I can't find anymore?
How can I get rid of it?

As far as I know it has always been there, for setlists at least...

I think that's always been there - I don't recall ever providing an option to remove or hide that.
