When I touch the bottom-right corner, it opens this popup with 5 buttons.

Is there a way to disable this?

When I touch the bottom-right corner, I want to go to the next page, not open this popup.

Go to Settings->Touch & Pedal Settings->Touch Actions, and set the Quick Action Box to disabled.

Or you could just touch the right-middle to change pages - assuming you have not assigned it to something else.

That's exactly what I was thinking. And also years of muscle memory of page turning.
I relocated the box to the top right corner because I use it for quick enabling/disabling of the performance mode.
You can customize MobileSheets to your liking.
