I have started using mutiple databases, and would like to suggest to have something in the backup file name indicating from which database the backup was taken.
Although it is possible to manually change the suggested backup file name, it is easy to forget and overwrite the backup of my "main" database (if taken on the same day).

That sounds like a good idea.
E.g. just use MyDatabaseName_Backup_yyyy-mm-dd.msb instead of MobileSheetsProBackup_yyyy-mm-dd.msb for databases other than mobilesheets.db.

What I also miss: a possibility to see in the UI easily which database is currently in use.
There's not much room left, so maybe just a different colour of the tab bar or the like

I will look into making the changes for this. 

itsme - I've been getting that request a lot, as well as a way to more easily switch between libraries on the library screen. So I'm going to look into making changes for that as it seems to be quite important to users.
