In attempting to install Companion on my Win 7 laptop (64 bit), I get a message that another installation is in progress and to wait until it completes. Can find nothing indicating another install in progress. Checked registry, program files, currently running tasks. Also rebooted.

Thanks for your quick response. I did some research and it turns out there's a problem within the Windows Installer Service. The solution is described in:

I have installed the companion on my desktop and Samsung Note and it does exactly what I wanted. Great product! Thanks again.
