I have a Samsung S8 Ultra and I've finally figured out how to use the stylus to add notation to a song.    

One issue I can't figure out:  Tonight I was adding notation to a song (using stylus) and I took a break.  When I returned to add more stuff with the stylus, I saw that lines/curves were added to the song as the stylus hovered near the tablet. (It wasn't touching the tablet.)  It wasn't doing that before when I was entering notation.

Any idea what causes that? Is there a setting somewhere that controls interaction with the stylus?

I'm not sure what caused the lines/curves to be added. If a stylus hovers near the screen, MobileSheets automatically enters annotation mode. If you go to Settings->Touch & Pedal Settings, there is a setting called "Enter Annotation Mode with Stylus Input". If you turn that off, the stylus will no longer enter the annotation mode which could prevent the issue you saw, but you'd have to manually enter the annotation editor with that setting off.
