Hi,

I've just the bought the pro version of mobilesheets and installed it on my Huawei-tablet. If I try to open files from Google Drive, it says "empty".
Also there is the word "root" all the time. What does that mean?

I hope this is easy to fix cause the app seems very usefull!

Hello Roel,

That means MobileSheets is either encountering some kind of error while trying to retrieve your files, or it's not detecting any files or folders in the Google Drive account that was used. If you tap Import->System File Browser, you can also use the Google Drive app to select files as a workaround. How many files and/or folders are you expecting to see? Are they all PDFs, images or text/chord pro files? Those are the only types of files that will be shown in the MobileSheets file browser when importing.

As far as what "root" is, it just means the root directory of your Google Drive account under which all your files and folders are stored.
