Attached is a CSV file for 'The Choirbook". This assumes that the cover, title page, and preliminary information pages are included in the PDF. The first song (The Morning Breaks) starts on page 7.
Any categories that a user would not like to be imported can be changed slightly (change 'tempo' to 'tempo1' so it doesn't populate the tempo information).
