Issue with Syncing MobileSheets Across Devices - Rust1985 - 03-07-2025
I’m new to MobileSheets, and I’ve been really enjoying using it to organize my sheet music. However, I’m running into an issue when trying to sync my library across multiple devices. I’ve searched through the forum but haven’t found a solution that works for me yet.
Here’s what I’ve done so far:
- I’m using MobileSheets Pro on both my Android tablet and my Android phone.
- I’ve set up cloud sync between both devices using my Dropbox account.
- Everything seems to sync fine, except for some annotations (like highlights and notes) that aren’t appearing on my second device.
- I’ve ensured that sync settings are enabled, and I’ve tried to manually sync both devices, but the problem persists.
Has anyone experienced a similar issue, or does anyone know if there’s a specific setting I might have missed? I want to be sure that all my annotations and other changes sync properly across both devices.

You said you set up cloud sync - can you please verify that you are using the Sync Library->Synchronize to a cloud folder option in MobileSheets, and not just a file-based sync outside MobileSheets? Can you also verify that you are pushing changes from the primary device with the sync type set to "Update Folder", and pulling down changes to the secondary device with the sync type set to "Update Device"?
