If I update songs (replacing) by batch importing, will the song data and settings (like Fields, Audio, MIDI etc) be preserved?

Yes, the MIDI data should be completely unaffected by updating songs through batch import. I just tested this to be sure and the MIDI data was fine after the batch import.
