MobileSheets and MobileSheetsPro v1.7.5 Released
#1
MobileSheets (Windows 10) and MobileSheetsPro (Android) have both been updated to version 1.7.5.  One important change in both versions is how the scrolling speed works with automatic scrolling. In previous versions, the scroll speed was actually a measure of duration. If scroll amount was 25% and scroll speed was medium, that meant that 25% of the page would be scrolled in 3 seconds. Changing the speed to "fast" reduced that to 2 seconds.  The problem with this approach is that the speed at which the page was scrolled would change based upon the size of the page. In version 1.7.5, scroll speed is now a measure of the number of pixels scrolled per second. This means that pages will always scroll at a consistent pace regardless of their dimensions, and it's usually easier to find a scroll speed that will work across many songs.

Version 1.7.5 also introduces the "Connect Devices" feature that was recently added to Android.  It's now possible to connect Android and Windows devices together and have a master device load songs/setlists and turn pages on other slave. While this feature supports both wifi and bluetooth, I found that bluetooth on Windows can be a hit-or-miss when connecting devices. Once devices are paired, everything seems to work pretty well. The problems usually arise when the slaves are trying to detect the master, or when they try to initiate the connection and pair with the master.  I also encountered problems connecting devices that were previously paired, so the Windows 10 version will unpair any master devices that are found first before any connection attempt is made. If you can't seem to connect two devices, you should try exiting the app, switching bluetooth off and on, and making sure the devices aren't already paired before trying again.

The full list of changes can be seen below:
