That let it still be compatible with all systems.
It would not allow me to bundle midi and mp3-files with the pdf, so the msf-file approach will give more functionality (and a some more work for me, that that is part of the package for a software developer
). Maybe somewhere down the line, I can support shared annotations, bookmarks etc etc between users via the archive. who knows.
