I believe you can already accomplish everything you are describing. Use can use Import->Batch Audio Import to import just audio files and blank pages will be inserted for each song. If you want to create a single song, you can tap "New" on the songs tab, add your audio file on the audio tab, then on the files tab, tap the page icon with a + in it to add blank pages. If you enable Settings->Import Settings->Automatically Add Matching Audio, you can import PDFs and audio files with the same names as those PDFs will be added automatically if found.
