Since Android 4.2, Google added Secondary Screen display APIs. Typically they are used to mirror an android device to a TV. There seem to be some for android to android though. I'm not familiar with this personally, having never had reason to do so, but this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/detai....sphone2tv might be close to what you are looking for?
