I apologize for the inconvenience. I introduced one new widget that had a different .NET dependency and it's really caused a lot of problems.
Yes, I did (it was the first thing I tried). When that didn't work, I completely uninstalled and reinstalled it without success. I also tried a fresh install (using the link on the downloads page again) and then did not let Windows Update install its updates to see if that would make a difference (it didn't).
