I am trying to setup my  new Ipad Air to automatically program my Roland BK-7M arranger and a FR-8X Accordion using the CME WIDI Masters. Not successful at the moment. 

My question to you is: When going to the EDIT SONG, MIDI it comes up showing a Red Circle with a White Dash, Patch Select - MSB (1), LSB (74), PC (1), 1 (Channel) [Send on Load]

What does the Red Circle with a White Dash mean?

That's the delete icon on iOS (it's built into the list component that Apple provides). You can tap that to delete the MIDI command if needed.
