I have a big cropping problem with a file. The result does not correspond to the adjustment made. It is not possible to display the pages completely. Do you have any idea of the cause?

Please long press the song, tap Share->Export as .msf and email the file to mike@zubersoft.com. I can take a look at it, along with the current cropping settings to see if I can observe what you are seeing.
