Why the "type of songs" come back when we change librairy ?

I deleted them lot of time

I'm changing the logic with the next update to embed additional information in each database about whether the default values have been created. At the moment, this information is being saved in the preference files, so if you import/export settings when changing libraries, this will impact that logic and could cause values to be recreated.

Thanks, but, I can confirm "even" if youo don't import or include parameters...

I'm not sure why you are seeing that then, but I believe the problem should be addressed with the changes I made.
