Hi, I would love to have a count in when opening a song until I start playing. Therefore it would be great to have the option to set the metronome off via midi. Currently there is only a toggle on/off option.

There is a count in on the metronome (display dialog, cog wheel top left, "Count In")
However, it only counts one bar and turms off the metronome

If you trigger the toggle option twice, that would cancel the count in and turn the metronome off. If more users want it, I can consider adding an option to only turn the metronome off as an action.

Thanks Mike, issue is that I toggle it with every hit on my drum kit ?.
So this option would be appreciated from my end. ?

Install a midi pad, side of your snare, on hit wil stp metronome.
Our drumer use a pad to start, and change sheets...
Roland BT-1 Bar Trigger Pad, aid turn etc..
The only option needed is "Always Finising count" because now, turnig metronom OFF is immediat, whitch is not usefull, or need training and adaptation...
