This is driving me nuts.. Every so often, after booting my Tablet (Samsung), I launch MS. It comes up and I select a specific Collection and a chart of music to play. All at once it just crashes. I try to launch it again, and it just crashes - every time I try to launch it.. I have to reboot my Tablet and then its fine. Has been going on for some time now. Any idea on how to fix? I have the latest installed. TIA

That's incredibly strange. Does that only happen if you immediately load MobileSheets after the tablet boots up? If it's been on for a while, does the problem no longer occur?

Yes. It's the basically main app I use on my tablet. So almost always the first thing I launch.

I was mainly trying to determine if the problem occurs if you immediately load the app after a reboot versus waiting a few minutes and then loading the app.

I'm going to try to narrow this down. Yesterday, right after a reboot of my tablet, about 30 secs after, I launched MS ... It immediately crashed. I tried it again 2 times, both times crashed. I was going to Video record it, and by then, the next time it started fine. This is a bit different than before, whereby it actually starts up. I click on COLLECTIONS to get to my lesson group of music, select a chart - and start reading it -- suddenly it crashes & won't start without a reboot. << This is the 1 that is frustrating because it interrupts my reading/playing.
If there's a log file or something I can grab for you, let me know.

There isn't a log file you can gather for this. Let me ask this - if you go to Settings->Storage, did you change any of the default settings? Are you utilizing an SD card? I'm trying to think of anything that could be a conflict if MobileSheets is loaded while the tablet may still be initializing things in the operating system. I frequently boot up tablets and load MobileSheets immediately without a problem though. I just don't use an SD card or anything else that the OS might be initializing. What type of Samsung tablet are you using and what OS version is it running?

It sounds a bit like a problem with the pdf file... is it always with the same file or does it not matter which file is opened?
