Metronome small usability improvement - new tempo same as old tempo

(I know this is not a really big deal just a minor UX improvement, I just like to provide thoughts for the developer in case they value those ideas)

In the "piece display" page's metronome menu, there is the ability to hit the "+" button to add a new tempo. When you do this, the newly created tempo starts at the minimum value of 10 bpm.

I think it's a safe bet to assume that most users when they start a new tempo don't intend to put it to or near 10bpm. For myself, when I create a new tempo, it's usually pretty close to the one I just had open. Maybe I had 80 open and now want to create one at 85 or 90. Or I had 120 open and want to add a tempo at 130.

The only issue is that it's kind of hard and delicate to navigate all the way from 10 to 85, you need a precise movement of the finger to slide to the 80-90 ballpark and then tap +/- a few times to get to the precise tempo. It's not a super big deal but making the super precise movement on the slider can be tricky when you're already kind of holding an instrument and off balance or on a wobbly music stand kind of thing.

I think probably a really easy thing to change would be, when you create a new metronome, it opens with the initial tempo equal to that of the one that was just open. That way it's an easy few taps of the +/- to get to the new target tempo.
