Thinking about it some more, what I can do is, if left arrow/right arrow are not assigned to pedal actions at all, and the audio player is visible, I can redirect the input to the audio player. So you would just need to clear out any pedal actions for the arrow keys if you want to use them for this purpose. I'm okay with that approach as well. I can do the same with the space bar.
