If you run this query, it will update every text and chord pro file to use UTF-8 encoding:

UPDATE TextDisplaySettings SET Encoding = 0

Long time user.  New to Form.

I've downloaded the SQL app on my Windows PC .
I run MS on an Android Tablet.
Where would I find the db, so I can connect to it & run the script.
