I can certainly look into adding an option to keep login information separate per library. It would be disabled by default as that could be annoying for users with multiple libraries but only a single account. The other things are planned and should be addressed soon.

Swiss1000 - The main reason that all files are shown at the moment is because I've been contacted by users that get confused when MobileSheets only shows folders without files in a given directory. For example, users might have a folder with no other folders in it, no other .msb files in it, but other files the user is expecting to see. If I filtered on just .msb files, then MobileSheets would show that the folder is empty with no files in it. This is disconcerting to users (at least some) and they think something is wrong, so that's why it's implemented this way for the moment. I'm not opposed to changing the behavior though if users don't like this approach. I want to do what benefits the majority.
