I'm still going to look into the iCloud issues (as mentioned, it's difficult when I don't see the same issus), but I'm surprised you are encountering that with Dropbox. That error indicates that MobileSheets could not obtain a reference to a folder in the Dropbox account (I'm assuming). Is there a stamps folder in the Dropbox sync folder? If not, can you create that and see if it resolves the issue? I can't imagine what else it could be. I'll run some tests on my end to see if I encounter any issues with Dropbox on my iPad.

There is a stamps folder present.
What I have done is to create a new sync folder and updated that from one device (have previously synced all the devices directly with themselves, if that makes sense).
Syncing to this new folder (still dropbox) as worked as expected since yesterday, so fingers crossed.
