Having tried just about every BT page turner under the sun, this is my new favorite. You can find them just about everywhere online. Here's one on Amazon.

I love the size, simplicity and battery life. I set MSP to loop back to the beginning of each song, so I only ever page forward, although this one can page back with a double-tap. I keep mine on the M3 setting, but any should work.
