PT23s have been great for me so far. Started off with one which worked well so I bought 4 more so that the quartet would have one as a spare. Haven't needed the spare so far and they've been going for 18 months. It's a shame the batteries aren't replaceable but they're cheap enough that it doesn't matter much. I have MS set up so that one mode does page turns and another starts autoscroll. I have a PageFlip Firefly as well but rarely use it now.
