I'm also interested in this feature. On my Mac, I can't seem to find any way to select multiple annotations at once. I can't use "Swap File" to preserve the underlying reference, since the new one has been hand-edited by me, and is no longer a part of a multi-page PDF book. So now I'm going to have to select (and position) each annotation one at a time.

Unless there's a way to do it now?
