Please try going to Settings->MIDI Settings->Configure MIDI Connections, and test out all three libraries to see if one works better on your device than others. I would start with the Google MIDI library and tap the input/output ports for your device. If none of this helps, I'm going to need more information on how you are determining that MobileSheetsPro is not seeing the second set of commands. Are you using the MIDI listen dialog to see what MobileSheetsPro is receiving?
