I don't have any documentation on forScore's custom file formats, so I don't currently have any way of importing the files that forScore exports. The PDF specification itself doesn't support a concept of layers (to my knowledge), so there is no way to write the annotations from forScore into the PDF and MobileSheets to import that information from the PDF. So until I get documentation on forScore's file formats, there isn't much I can do about this I'm afraid.
