Thanks, did that but I cannot find an option to disable the "Pull Out Bar" ?

And the disable the bottom Page bar and Zoom bar does not work...Everytime I tap the middle of the page to go back to the song list and select a new song it keeps coming up!

I want it disabled permanently!!!!
