You would need to go through the following steps:
1) Go to Settings->MIDI Settings->Configure MIDI Connections, switch the library to "Google" if it's not already set to that, and tap the input and output ports for the Roland GR55
2) Go to Settings->MIDI Settings->MIDI Actions, tap the + icon, set up a new MIDI action that matches the program change message the GR55 will send and set the action to "Go to Next Page"
3) Return to the library screen, load a song with more than one page, then send the program change messages from the GR55. The page should change
