That pedal will most likely not work at all. My understanding is that it does not send key commands like page up/page down/left arrow, and instead performs some kind of weird manipulation with the device where it emulates a swipe or things of that nature. MobileSheets can't respond properly to the pedal and you can't assign pedal actions as it's not sending key commands. So I would not recommend that anyone get a pedal that behaves that way, as it won't work correctly with MobileSheets.
